An electrical manufacturer was in need of a resource that could provide high volume stamping of a tight tolerance electrical sub assembly.

At Stanley Spring and Stamping we specialize in high volume precision stamping, and utilize advanced equipment and systems that provide our customers with precision products from for a wide array of materials. These capabilities allowed us to maintain the required ±.005" overall tolerances, and the ±1° angular tolerances.

This project is a brass on brass electrical strap assembly with dimensions of 4.5" in length, 1.5" in width, and 7/8" in height. It featured a plain brass finish, and is manufactured in quantities of 100,000 to 200,000 annually. Orders for this customer are turned over in just 4 to 6 weeks,
