Stainless Steel Stamping

Machines break at the worst possible times. Every engineer or maintenance specialist knows this. In a factory an air compression system might go out during a critical phase in constructing a prototype. At a power plant a coolant pump will go down just as a change in the weather demands a change in output. In the basement of a large building the steam system might malfunction on the night of a major event. Things can, and will, go wrong.

Unfortunately, the impact of such failures can be compounded by the fact that many buildings and plants rely on legacy systems. This means that the parts needed to bring a specific turbine, pump, or other system back up to full capacity might not be on the shelf… anywhere. Such a part, whether it be an impeller blade, stainless steel stamping, or some other intricate component that must be manufactured according to high tolerances, will probably need to be a custom order. Given the circumstances surrounding its need as a replacement, that order may also need to be fulfilled as soon as possible.

Luck does, however, have a way of evening out, as even the seemingly cursed engineer who is left searching for an impeller blade to replace the ancient one that just gave out in his building’s steam system has Stanley Spring and Stamping to call on. As a Midwest parts manufacturer that can craft custom fabricated parts with an extremely quick turnaround, we’re able to supply this and any other proverbial engineer with the custom, stainless steel pieces they may need to bring whatever machine or system they maintain back to life. Because of our large volume capacity, we can also produce the parts needed for even extensive refits or the retooling of a full assembly line.

As a Chicago-based manufacturer, we’re also well-positioned for quick shipping. In an era where some parts suppliers have increasingly turned to foreign markets to produce parts that have been, and always will be, essential to America’s continued productivity, it’s our pleasure to be able to provide our business partners and community with the high quality, stainless steel springs, metal stampings, steel rings, and other components that are vital to our nation’s continued well-being.
