COMPANY PROFILE
My name is Reb Banas.
My grandfather, Stanley, was a Spring Coiler set up man in a Spring Manufacturing plant in 1944 when his entrepreneurial spirit took over and led him to start his own metal stamping & spring coiling business out of the family garage in Chicago, Illinois. His drive, optimism, and overall passion for producing quality products was passed on to his sons, Ron and Stan, who took over the business in 1954.
Today, as a member of the third generation of the Banas Family running the company, I’m proud to say Stanley Spring and Stamping is one of the largest family-owned producers of custom springs, stampings, wireforms, and fasteners in the world, serving many different industries.
Not bad for starting out of the family garage!
The nice part about being in business for so long is that we’ve had the absolute pleasure of being able to provide our custom products to so many great companies made up of quality people, and we’ve seen these companies grow with ours.
The values my grandfather instilled in his sons, passed on to the third generation, are still prevalent in the company culture at Stanley Spring and Stamping today:
- We overwhelm our customers with unmatched service.
- We know that on-time delivery is a must.
- We know that products made of the highest quality are absolutely critical for the success of our customer, which we are dependent on for OUR success.
We are a no-nonsense partner and supplier, direct and responsive to all requests. We offer competitive pricing with quality products that are delivered on-time, all the time. When dealing with us, it’ll be clear that we’re not a corporate bureaucracy as we empower all of our employees to be as responsive as possible with our customers, and we trust them to make the right decisions on their own. At Stanley Spring and Stamping, our promise is to provide quality U.S. produced raw materials at a competitive price - and we never outsource anything.
Our dedicated team of experts is available to assist in the design of your custom spring or metal formed stampng. Our vast experience allows us to offer important recommendations on print tolerances, materials and secondary operations. Once a design is ready for production, our parts are produced efficiently and our costs are low as we’ll already have accounted for everything needed during the design phase.
It sounds simple, right? Well it isn’t! But we do it, consistently, year after year, decade after decade. We attribute our success to the incredibly talented, loyal, hard-working, enthusiastic employees that make up the Stanley Spring and Stamping Company. We’re very proud of the fact that our average length of employment is 26 years. We know quality, whether it’s one of our products or one of our employees. We value them and understand their importance for your success, which is intertwined with our own.
I’d like to conclude by thanking our current customers, and promising any prospective customers out there that we would be honored to call YOU a customer. Contact us today to get started on your project.
We’ve come a long way since 1944!
