What is Wire Forming?
Wire forming is a finished spring that has been manufactured from wire spools into a specific configuration. The wire form can be bent, cut, cut at an angle, wound right or left, shaped with coils, and just about anything a customer would need.
Our Processes:
We utilize cutting edge forming processes such as four-slide, multiple planes and multiple bend processes.We offer coin, chamfer, pierce, and swage machining capabilities to deliver the specific shapes and sizes required by our customers.Whether configurations are flattened, pierced, or swedged, we work with a maximum wire diameter of up to .25", flat wire widths of up to .188" and wire thicknesses of up to .188".The maximum wire length we work with is 36" in galvanized basic, stainless steel, brass, copper, and bronze.
